Canada Candy...or Canandy

Hi. Lopez here with candy fun. Canada has great candy. I don't know why they don't sell some of the ideas here. I've said before that the Wunderbar (I pronounce it Vooondurbar) is my favorite, well, it now has some competition.

Here's what they do in Canada (sort of). They take two yummy candy options and say, "Hey, wouldn't be awesome if we just put these two great things together?"

Would you like to know the answer? IT'S "YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It would be awesome!"

The Wunder bar is caramel and peanut butter crunch, like eating a Caramello and Butterfinger at the same time.

Mr. Big is a fun bar I tried. All they did was shove a vanilla wafer inside of a Payday. Seriously! It's awesome too!

Then I tried a Coffee Crisp. This is really good. It's just coffee flavored wafer covered in chocolate. So good.

I forgot the name of one of the bars I had. BUT, I'll explain it to you. When I think of Malted Milk Balls, I think of Whoppers. You know that inside "malted?" part? (I guess that's the malting process). Well, do that with caramel, and that was another great bar.

Finally! The bar that you can sometimes get in the International section of the supermarket is the Aero Bar. It's just a chocolate bar with air bubbles in it. Silly you say? Well, for some reason, air bubbled chocolate tastes fabulous. They have it in Mint and Caramel. All flavors are good.

Find them all. Eat them all. Repeat if necessary (which it is).

I hope I've put everybody in the mood for candy. What is you favorite candy? I would love to find out!

Also, a little F.Y.I., I heard that Canada has different "regulations" for their jelly bean ingredients, so I don't know if they taste different, but I am going to find out someday. I like candy research.

I've blabbed enough, it's time to shush up and eat something with sugar.

We currently have Coffee Crisp in one of our vending machines at work. It's like my own little slice of the Mother Land right here. :)

Good ol' Canada.

I still want to try the rainbow Twizzlers, but my favorite candy bar is made right here in the USofA-the Symphony bar....talk about combining all the greatest parts of other candy bars....its too good to even start to describe, and baked in brownie mix with marshmallows is to die for!!!

I myself tried the Wunderbar in the last week, courtesy of Lopez (he gave me one of the many he had). Utterly delicious...I actually think this bar is better than both componants (caramello and butterfinger) on their own...and I love butterfinger.
